DUTIES : Handle soiled, infectious linen. Pack clean linen in all areas of the hospital.

(knowledge/skills): Ability to communicate efficiently (read and write) in at least
two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. Ability to prepare
meals according to standardised recipes, as well as safely and correctly handle
