Job Description:

To facilitate the OUTsurance Life & Funeral product, Life & Funeral Claims Administrators are needed to provide dedicated, value-orientated assistance, hence the position of Life & Funeral Claims Administrator emerged. The duties include, but are not limited to:

Handle Admin and follow up concerning Life and Funeral claims
Dealing with queries with Life & Funeral clients and service providers
Liaise with service providers and assessors
Conduct all the above to the required performance and quality in place
Handling all claims in a professional and proficient manner


Minimum Matric/Grade 12 equivalent
Previous Administration experience with Life & Funeral Claims will be beneficial

Computer literate
Dealing with clients in an empathetic way
Passionate about dealing with different scenarios and people, in a Deadline and results-orientated environment.

Willing to work on a performance-based remuneration system
