Road Accident Fund ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Purpose of the Job:
-Reporting to the Manager: Ethics, the successful incumbent is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Ethics office
Records and Document Management:
-Ensure that records of all training conducted are captured and maintained.
-Update Excel master registers of all training that has been conducted to determine which ones have taken place.
-Keep weekly statistics of all training conducted.
-Maintain the training register for all planned training in order to assist with the planning schedule as well as prioritizing training.
Office Administration:
-Book venues for the training of employees.
-Issue values training invitations to employees.
-Capture gifts declared in the appropriate Register.
-Capture approved the attendance of service providers’ events in the appropriate Register.
-Capture Ethics advice given in the appropriate Register.
-Capture approved remunerative work applications in the appropriate Register.
-Consolidate all the training feedback and submit it to Manager: Ethics for analysis and review.
-Participate in the planning of Ethics events.
Query Management:
-Attend to queries/inquiries relating to training records, statistics, registers, etc. from business units.
-Provide response to the inquiries relating to submissions of declaration of interests and ethics pledges.
Qualifications and Experience:
-Matric or Grade 12 @ NQF Level 4 qualification.
-Relevant 1-year experience in providing administrative and operational support.
-Experience in record management will be an added advantage.

Remuneration:
The total cost to the company applicable to this position is a minimum of R244 732.00 per annum, negotiable.
