Roles and Responsibilities
Sales

-Achieving sales and GP targets
-Visual merchandising and appearance to be in line with the best retailers in South Africa

Service

-Provide world-class service
-Provide sound independent advice

Stock

-Ensuring the store is fully stocked and orders are placed correctly
-Execute all admin duties fully and efficiently
-Limit stock loss and shrinkage to below-target levels

Staff

-Be a proud Brand Ambassador
-Have detailed product knowledge and all products
-Pursue own development and growth using the Individual Development Plans (IDP)
-Act in accordance with the Absolute Pets culture and Values
-Technical and Functional Requirements
-Matric or equivalent
-One year retail/sales (This would be advantageous)
-Verbal communication skills
-Must be able to work flexible retail hours
-Ability to carry and pack stock
-Hardworking
-Interactive and engaging
-Reliable, trustworthy, and dependable
-Passionate
