Short Description / Purpose of Job:
The purpose of the role is to provide a supporting service to the planning group at various business units. To execute the work management process activities and to do Planning administration work.
Recruitment Description / Key Accountabilities:
-Create work orders
-Create job estimates (JCEs) and purchase requisitions (PRs)
-Maintain user status on works orders and operations
-Do time confirmations on work order operations
-Validate data received for input.
-Close works orders (TECO & business close)
-Manage maintenance-related documentation (JCE’s, invoices, inspection reports, etc.)
-The capture of equipment history.
-Order material spares and follow up on delivery dates.
-Liaise with different departments and customers.
-Support Planner with planning and admin duties
Job requirements:
-General office administration
-MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
-Experience in Operations Environment
-Knowledge / Experience in the work management process
-Experience in document management
-SAP Plant Maintenance Module Experience
-Good / accurate typing skills
Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12 Maths (full), Science and English or equivalent (N3)
