Netclinic, a newly opened primary healthcare clinic located in Khayelitsha, Western Cape, is offering an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and passionate individual to join our team as a Medical Receptionist.

Non-Negotiables: To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements:

• Reside in Khayelitsha, in proximity to Nonqubela Mall.
• Have a clear credit and criminal record.
• Possess advanced skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Previous experience in an admin/front desk/client/patient-facing role.
• Highly organized, reliable, and professional with exceptional multitasking abilities.
• Interest in social media would be advantageous.

Job Responsibilities: As a Medical Receptionist at Netclinic, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of our clinic. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting the Clinical Nurse Practitioner and Enrolled Nurse with practice administration.
• Managing the front desk for walk-in patients and handling incoming calls.
• Attending to queries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining the reception area.
• Loading patient information into the system and maintaining records and accounts.
• Managing and maintaining inventory and equipment, including ordering supplies and scheduling service and repairs.
• Assisting with the implementation of our social media marketing strategy.

Work Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 – 17:00
• Saturday: 9:00 – 12:00

Contract Details:

• Job Type: Full-time, Contract
• Contract Length: 6 months
