Position: Internal Communications Practitioner
Location: Johannesburg, Gauteng
Salary: R17,000 – R20,000 per month
Job Description:
We are currently seeking an Internal Communications Practitioner to join our team in Johannesburg. As an Internal Communications Practitioner, you will play a vital role in conceptualizing, driving, and monitoring internal communications within our organization. Collaborating with the HR team, you will develop and implement the internal employee communications strategy, create compelling internal communications content, manage ad-hoc communications, and report on internal communications.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the internal communications strategy
- Create engaging internal communication content
- Manage ad-hoc communications with the HR manager
- Report on internal communications
Qualifications:
- Degree in corporate communication, public relations, or a related field (advantageous additional graphic design courses)
- 4 years of relevant experience in a similar communication role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and desktop publishing software
- Experience working on an HRIS (advantageous)
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills
- Good analytical skills
- Solid administration and computer literacy skills, particularly in MS Office applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
