Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic Content Writer to analyze business training manuals, company policies, and industry regulations, and convert them into concise and actionable content. The role requires the ability to simplify complex language and paragraphs into clear and precise training lessons and work instructions.
To succeed in this position, you should be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, such as Word and Excel. Strong multitasking skills and the ability to thrive in a busy, team-oriented environment are essential. Fast learning, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently with limited direction are also key attributes.
Responsibilities:
- Condense written paragraphs into concise statements or lessons
- Transform lengthy training audios or videos into shorter, easily consumable versions
- Ensure the reduced content retains the original meaning and tone
- Proofread texts for grammar, spelling, and punctuation accuracy
- Input training manuals, policies, and procedures into our software platform as actionable missions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, creative writing, or a related field
- Advanced written skills in English
- Excellent research skills, both literary and business-related
- Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to handle multiple writing projects simultaneously
Workspace Requirements:
- Ability to work remotely while on live camera with the office team
- Quality desktop or laptop with a good microphone and video camera
- Reliable internet connection
Work Schedule:
- Workdays: Monday to Friday
- Time Range: 09:00 PST – 17:00 PST (18:00 – 02:00 SAST)
- Shift Duration: 8 hours
