Job Description:

VA Central Ltd is seeking a new Facebook Ad Account Manager to join our dynamic Social Media department.

Responsibilities:

• Set up, manage, and monitor Facebook adverts for clients
• Design branding assets and create new strategies focused on generating leads
• Utilize ads manager, Business Manager, and Business Suite on a daily basis
• Set up social media accounts for clients when necessary
• Generate reports and use results to enhance client campaigns
• Regularly review campaigns to identify any issues and make appropriate changes
• Onboard new clients through Teams/Zoom video calls and screen sharing, guiding them through the campaign and helping them provide necessary access
• Communicate with clients and manage accounts, including setting up payments, sending invoices, attending conferences/video calls, offering expertise in other areas of marketing, and providing campaign advice
• Conduct weekly check-ins with clients via phone or video calls
• Upsell other marketing products and services to clients and introduce partner services
• Troubleshoot campaign-related problems by offering solutions or consulting with internal teams
• Maintain an up-to-date CRM system

Requirements: The successful candidate should have the following qualifications and skills:

• Excellent and confident telephone manner, as there will be frequent account management and direct client communication via phone/Teams/Zoom
• Strong team player willing to actively participate
• Strong desire to learn and develop new skills
• Keen eye for detail
• Preferred experience in sales or customer service
• Excellent written, verbal, computer, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of design, social media, and PPC is desirable

• Headphones for use with our VOIP phone system
• Installed antivirus software
• UPS/Back-up Battery for load shedding

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm UK Time

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: R18,000.00 – R20,000.00 per month
