Experienced Telesales Closer – Full-Time Sales Position

Please note: This job application is for a fully remote experienced sales executive position with a UK-based Aesthetics Training Academy business. Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years of sales closing experience. This position is for high-performing sales consultants.

Harvey Warrington Media is assisting Matrix Hair Beauty & Aesthetics Academy, a leading training provider for aspiring beauty business owners. We currently have two vacancies for a fully remote, full-time sales associate position with a leading UK aesthetics brand.

We are seeking two dedicated and driven Junior Sales Associates to join our client’s team on a full-time basis, starting from June 2023. This position offers a competitive base salary along with uncapped commission.

If you enjoy building client relationships and have experience in telesales, prospecting, lead engagement, and achieving consistent sales conversions, then this role may be perfect for you. You will join a fast-paced, fun, results-driven team in a remote international office setting.

Job Description:

As an experienced sales executive, your main responsibilities will include calling warm leads generated through our paid ads and selling aesthetics and beauty courses valued at a high premium of £2000+ per course.

To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of sales experience and be ready to put your skills to work in a fast-paced and rapidly growing agency. The right candidate will have the ambition to grow into a head of growth sales role and future team leader.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who loves data and analytics and is passionate about creative thinking. You should possess both strategic and operational mindsets to effectively respond to inquiries from prospects, book appointments, and engage in pre-sales activities that lead to results. Attention to detail is crucial, along with the ability to follow standard operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily performance tracking and achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Testing various strategies and outreach objectives to optimize results
  • Prospecting and sales techniques, effective time management, and good communication skills
  • Making 80+ calls per day, building relationships, and following up with prospects
  • Organizing prospecting campaigns in our CRM and documenting all activities, conversations, and next steps
  • Clear and consistent communication with the internal team using various tools (Trello, Slack, Go High Level, Asana, Loom video explainers, and Zoom video calls)
  • Manage detailed and structured timelines, programs, tasks, and project management systems
  • Attend daily team meetings and regular training and performance meetings
  • Regularly communicate with the team and leadership to identify areas for improvement, innovation, and growth within our product and service delivery

Minimum Entry Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of UK telesales or face-to-face sales experience
  • Ability to cross-sell and upsell products and services
  • Proven track record of high performance in sales roles
  • Fluent in verbal and written English
  • Self-motivated and ambitious
  • A suitable home office setup with fast internet connectivity
  • Availability to work within UK time zone hours (9am-6pm UK GMT)

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience working with other employees to develop effective strategies to meet sales targets
  • Ability to accept inbound leads and manage them through the early phase of the sales cycle
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in tools like Excel, CRMs (e.g., GHL or Salesforce), etc.
  • Strong organizational skills, note-taking, and follow-up tasks
  • Quick learning ability and the capacity to execute at a high level with speed
  • Availability and responsiveness
