Job Description:

VA Central Ltd is seeking a Facebook Ads Account Manager to join their dynamic Social Media department.

This position is ideal for someone with a keen interest in social media, strong analytical skills, and a desire to kickstart their career in the digital marketing industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up, manage, and monitor Facebook advertisements for clients.
  • Create branding design assets and develop new strategies focused on lead generation.
  • Utilize ads manager, Business Manager, and Business Suite on a daily basis.
  • Assist in setting up social media accounts for clients as required.
  • Generate reports and analyze results to improve client campaigns.
  • Regularly review campaigns to identify any issues or areas for improvement.
  • Conduct onboarding sessions with new clients via Teams/Zoom video calls and screen sharing.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, including account management, payment setup, invoice sending, attending conferences/video calls, and offering expertise in other marketing areas.
  • Check in with clients on a weekly basis via phone or video call.
  • Upsell other marketing products and services to clients and introduce partner services.
  • Troubleshoot campaign-related problems by providing solutions or consulting with internal teams.
  • Keep the customer relationship management (CRM) system up to date.

Requirements:

  • Excellent and confident telephone manner, as there will be extensive account management and direct client interaction via phone, Teams, and Zoom.
  • Strong team player who is proactive and willing to actively contribute.
  • A strong desire to learn and grow in the role.
  • Keen eye for detail and ability to analyze data effectively.
  • Some sales or customer service experience is preferred.
  • Excellent written, verbal, computer, and organizational skills are essential.
  • Knowledge of design, social media, and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising would be desirable.

Hardware Requirements:

  • Own computer or laptop.
  • ADSL/FIBRE internet connection.
  • Headphones for use with the VOIP phone system.
  • Installed anti-virus software.
  • UPS/Back-up Battery for power outages.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm UK Time.

Salary: R18,000.00 – R20,000.00 per month
