Job Description:
Keel Team Real Estate Investments, a small and fast-growing company, is seeking an independent and driven part-time salesperson to join their team.
This role has the potential to become full-time based on performance within the first 6 months. The position offers a consistent schedule, the opportunity to learn the commercial real estate investing business, and great opportunities for career advancement based on good performance.
The job can be adjusted to suit your preferences as long as you are meeting your sales goals. However, there will be a high level of responsibility to consistently exceed sales targets.
Training will be provided initially, but the right candidate is expected to self-teach using the training archive and be highly effective in engaging with clients. With fewer than 20 people in the company, there is no room for complacency.
Performance will be rigorously assessed, and if, after an initial start-up period, goals are not being achieved, employment will be terminated.
This is a hunter sales role, with compensation based explicitly on performance and the number of appointments set. Strong performance is crucial in this position.
The initial expectation is 4 hours per day (EST time hours), which will increase to full-time once consistent sales targets are met.
The pay is $12 USD per hour plus up to $10,000 USD per month in commissions.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct commercial inside sales activities, primarily over the phone, with commercial property owners to build relationships, understand their motivation to sell, and close deals.
- Engage in cold calling, texting, emailing, and other forms of communication with leads from the company’s database. Generate your own leads if necessary to meet sales targets.
- Cultivate strong and ongoing relationships with property owners to ensure they reach out to the company when they are ready to sell.
- Have weekly performance check-ins with company founders to ensure goals are on track and results are being achieved.
- Maintain a consistent daily and weekly schedule, working EST hours.
