Trans Coastal Springs is seeking a dedicated PR & Events Coordinator to join their team.
In this role, you will be responsible for planning and implementing social, cultural, and community engagement events that positively impact the marketing of the campus to prospective students.
You will also be responsible for reporting, managing internal advertising, building relationships with third parties, and coordinating sponsorship opportunities and prizes for major campus events, including CSI initiatives and fundraising events.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement comprehensive and balanced social, cultural, and community engagement events
- Provide accurate reporting of all events within specified time frames
- Manage internal advertising for social, cultural, and community engagement events
- Build relationships with third parties for event venues and sponsorship opportunities
- Qualification: BA Degree in Corporate Communications, PR/Marketing Degree or Diploma, or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in PR, Events and Community Engagement, Social Media Management, or Media Writing and Liaison
This is a full-time position with a monthly salary of R20,000.00. Fluency in English is required.
