PJI Law, a boutique American law firm based in the Washington, DC area, is seeking a full-time virtual/remote Intake Specialist to join their team. This challenging and rewarding opportunity is ideal for individuals with a strong work ethic and a desire to grow. Training will be provided, and previous legal experience is not required. Sales experience is preferred but not necessary.
As an Intake Specialist, your main responsibilities will involve promptly and professionally handling incoming phone calls and emails from prospective clients. You will play a crucial role in assisting them with understanding the firm’s services, addressing their problems or opportunities, and helping them make informed decision. This position requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to help others.
In addition to handling incoming calls, you will also follow up with prospective clients at different stages of their journey, engage with current clients to identify additional opportunities, and make outgoing calls to former clients.

- Reliable computer with specific technical requirements (SSD, 8GB RAM or better, Windows 10 or better)
- Stable internet connection with minimum speeds of 50mbps to 100mbps (via ethernet cable)
This is a full-time, permanent position with approximately 40 working hours per week. The working hours are from 9:00am to 6:00pm Eastern Time, which translates to 3:00pm/4:00pm until 12:00am/1:00am South African Standard Time, Monday through Friday.
The compensation for this role ranges from R16,300.00 to R18,100.00 per month, with the opportunity to earn additional bonuses based on performance. The bonus plan is metrics-driven and offers exciting potential for higher earnings.
