Remote Commercial Inside Sales Representative – Gauteng

Pay: R140.00 – R230.00 per hour

Keel Team Real Estate Investments is a small, fast-growing company in the commercial real estate investing business. We are seeking an independent and driven part-time salesperson to join our team with the potential to transition to a full-time role based on performance within the first 6 months. This position offers a consistent schedule, opportunities to learn and grow in the industry, and the chance to advance within the company.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct commercial inside sales activities, primarily through phone calls, to build relationships with commercial property owners, understand their motivation to sell, and close deals.
2. Perform cold calling, texting, emailing, and other outreach methods to engage leads in our database. If needed, generate your own leads to ensure consistent deal closures.
3. Cultivate strong and ongoing relationships with property owners, ensuring they reach out to us when they are ready to sell.
4. Participate in weekly performance check-ins with company founders to ensure you are on track to meet goals and achieve results.
5. Maintain a consistent daily and weekly schedule based on EST time hours.
6. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from home.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Experience:

• At least 1 year of sales experience required.

Language:
