Supplies Manufacturing, a leading company in the industry, is currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven eCommerce Associate to join our team.
As an eCommerce Associate, you will be responsible for managing online sales, building client relationships, and contributing to the growth of our business.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively seek out new sales opportunities online and develop a pipeline of potential clients.
- Conduct industry research to identify target customers and their needs in the online market.
- Present, promote, and sell our products and services to prospective clients through online channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives in the online sphere.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction in all online interactions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations to clients.
- Negotiate and close online sales deals, handle objections, and overcome challenges.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective online sales strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and online competitors.
Requirements:
- Formal tertiary education in Marketing is beneficial.
- Minimum of 2 years proven experience as an eCommerce Associate or in a similar online sales role.
- Experience in managing online product marketing and trade.
- Competence in copywriting and SEO.
- Proficiency in Shopify, WooCommerce, WordPress, Takealot, Adobe InDesign, and Google Analytics.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving online sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective online interactions.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities in the online sales process.
- Customer-focused mindset and the ability to build and maintain relationships online.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to online sales.
- Good organizational and time management skills for managing online trade efficiently.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and the MS Office suite.
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory, if required.
