Alumo Energy, a leading provider of renewable energy solutions in the residential sector, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to join their team in Pretoria, Gauteng.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the graphic designer and marketing coordinator
• Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with business objectives
• Analyze marketing and sales statistics to identify areas for improvement
• Implement effective lead generation strategies while enhancing brand reputation
• Explore and evaluate advertising opportunities, and execute marketing campaigns
• Conduct market research to identify new marketing opportunities and target audiences
• Generate innovative ideas to promote the brand and its products
• Ensure consistent brand representation across all marketing platforms
• Capture and review customer feedback to enhance product offerings
• Establish a strong and lasting online presence
• Track ROI on various channels and measure campaign performance

Requirements for Marketing Manager:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a brand manager, account manager, or marketing manager
• BCom (Hons) in Marketing Management or a similar field
• Strong analytical skills, including data analysis, competitor analysis, and market research
• Proven track record in implementing successful disruptive marketing campaigns
• Highly competitive and results-oriented
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
