Financial Wealth Holdings, a dynamic Registered Financial Services Provider, is seeking a Junior Marketing Specialist to join their Human Resources Team.
Job Description:
As a Junior Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for content creation, community management, and social media marketing. Your role will involve working with various online platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more. Key responsibilities include:
- Creating and editing content using Adobe Photoshop for stories and reels
- Developing content plans and managing community engagement
- Influencer management and collaborations
- Copywriting for social media posts
- Managing the company’s online image to achieve marketing goals
- Keeping up-to-date with digital technologies and social media trends
- Overseeing social media accounts and implementing strategies
- Monitoring and analyzing SEO and web traffic metrics
- Tracking and reporting on the performance of social content and accounts
- Supporting the conception, design, and implementation of marketing programs
- Assisting with advertising materials and campaigns on social media platforms
- Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of campaigns and promotions
Qualifications:
- Matric (NQF 4)
- Post matric qualification in advertising, business administration, marketing, communication studies, media studies, or a similar field (preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media campaigns
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for content editing
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Knowledge of online marketing channels and social media platforms
- Strong analytical and reporting abilities
