As a nationwide independent mobile phone specialist, we excel in providing business plans that cater to all types of businesses, from Sole Traders to Limited companies. Our focus is on saving businesses money and building strong customer relationships through our free service. We strive to offer the best business mobile phone deals available.

We are seeking Sales Representatives who can help grow our customer base. The ideal candidates should be outgoing, friendly, professional, and customer-oriented. This is a competitive role where results are expected.

We require Energy, Positivity, and Enthusiasm.

Responsibilities include:

• Cold calling business customers to offer new phones or contract reductions.
• Collecting customer information and discussing products and services.
• Engaging with 200-300 customers daily.
• Generating interest and transferring to closer.
• Achieving KPIs and talk time targets.
• Following up on quotes and updating sheets.
• Assisting other colleagues to help the team progress.

Non-negotiable Requirements:

• Matric certificate
• +2 years of experience in a sales call center environment
• +2 years of experience in a UK-based call center environment
• +2 years of experience in cold calling
• Good command of the English language.

This is a work-from-home position that requires the following:

• A quiet place to work from
• Computer/Laptop with a stable internet connection (proof of fibre connection required)
• Headsets
• Backup power during loadshedding (e.g., generator, UPS, etc.)

Please Note:

• This is a 3-month contract.
• Working hours: Mon-Fri, 10am to 6pm.
• Pay rate: R40 – R60 per hour, depending on experience.
• Additional R500 for each connected sale.
