Key Responsibilities:

• Cold call prospective clients to promote our services
• Maintain a high level of professionalism across all communication channels
• Provide excellent customer service to each client
• Exhibit strong verbal communication skills
• Demonstrate excellent CRM and dialer administrative skills

Key Requirements:

• Matric Certificate
• Clear criminal record
• Clear ITC (Advantageous)
• Minimum of 1 year of call center sales experience
• Consistent track record of meeting sales targets
• Ability to thrive in high-pressure work environments
• Strong analytical and telephonic communication skills
• Proficiency in computer applications and various CRM platforms
• Expertise in building and maintaining customer relationships
• Collections and Debt Review sales experience (Advantageous)
• Debt counselling certificate (Advantageous)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Excellent timekeeping and attendance records

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: R5,000.00 – R12,000.00 per month
