Contentellect, a growing content writing agency, is excited to announce a new opportunity for an Outreach Manager to join their team!

This is a full-time, remote position reporting directly to the Head of Outreach and occasionally to the CEO.

Having an understanding of link building or basic SEO practices is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

As an Outreach Manager, your duties will include:

  • Managing link-building campaigns for clients
  • Negotiating and securing guest posts/link insertion placements with website owners and publishers
  • Creating guest post briefs, assigning guest posts to writers, reviewing them, and coordinating their publication
  • Following up with website owners and publishers
  • Managing the link database
  • Conducting occasional outreach campaigns to identify new sites for the database
  • Managing and organizing the Outreach inbox
  • Maintaining professional and timely communication with clients and publishers via email
  • Ensuring work and customer service meet the quality standards of Contentellect and its clients
  • Participating in weekly video calls with the Head of Outreach to provide updates
