As a Sales Agent, your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to pre-existing students/customers and develop new business opportunities. You will schedule appointments with Senior Sales Executives, drive student engagement and attendance, explain financial trading concepts, and manage client inquiries. The role offers excellent salary, uncapped commissions, and exceptional career prospects.
Responsibilities:
- Cold and warm calling pre-existing students/customers and generating new business opportunities
- Scheduling appointments with Senior Sales Executives for high-value products and services
- Driving student engagement and attendance at scheduled meetings
- Explaining financial trading and concepts to individual traders after training
- Managing incoming inquiries and supporting client queries in a timely manner
- Achieving and exceeding challenging sales targets aligned with business strategy
- Meeting daily and weekly KPIs for call rates, call quality, and sales performance
- Maintaining regular client contact via phone to generate new business opportunities
- Acting as a brand ambassador in all client interactions
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years B2C sales experience in a sales call center
- Proven track record in sales
- Positive “Can Do” / “Winner!!” attitude
- Self-motivated, energetic, enthusiastic, and flexible team player
- Strong initiative and ability to work effectively without direct supervision
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with fluent spoken and written English
- Well-spoken and articulate
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrable interest in finance/financial trading (forex, equities, indices, commodities, bonds, ETFs) is an advantage
- Must reside within 30+-kilometer radius of Cape Town CBD
Salary & Remuneration:
- Average commission ranges between R10,000 – R30,000+ per month
- Commission earning is highly possible from month 1
- Total On Target Earnings should exceed R30,000+ per month
- Basic salary of R8,000 – R12,500 gross per month
- Uncapped commissions, with the potential to quickly earn R10,000+ commission per month and beyond
- Bonus levels can be easily exceeded for high-performing individuals, leading to significantly higher total pay
- Remuneration will be discussed further based on performance for the right candidates
