This UK-based Media Recruitment business is expanding its Marketing Recruitment & Resourcing Team in South Africa, offering a remote role for creative minds with a keen interest in TV, Film, and Music.

With a modern approach to marketing, Sauce Recruitment is seeking a dynamic individual to join its team, focusing on both recruitment sourcing and innovative social media strategies.

Role Responsibilities

  • Sourcing & Recruitment: Utilize social media platforms, especially LinkedIn, for talent sourcing. Previous experience in the recruitment industry, preferably as a resourcer, is advantageous.
  • Social Media Mastery: Showcase creativity and innovation in handling LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and other platforms. You’ll be crafting original content to elevate the brand.
  • Video Messaging: Embrace the use of videos and messages, becoming a LinkedIn expert. Drive brand awareness, identify top talent, and facilitate recruiter calls.

Requirements

  • Social Media Experience: Demonstrable expertise in creating content for platforms like LinkedIn.
  • Recruitment Background: Understanding of the recruitment industry, with a preference for a resourcer background.
  • Passion for Media: An interest in TV, Film, Music, and all things digital.
  • Personality Traits: Outgoing, chatty, creative, and comfortable working remotely in a small team.

Technical Requirements

  • Work Experience: Background in Recruitment, Sales, or Account Management.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent telephone manner, comfortable with Teams & Video messaging.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in MS Office & G-Suite, familiarity with CRM databases.
  • Remote Working: Comfortable and equipped for remote work.

Application Details

  • Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Graduate.
  • Part-time hours: 30 per week.
  • Salary & OTE: R15,000.00 – R35,000.00+ per month.
  • Education: Bachelors (Preferred).
  • Experience: Social Media/Marketing: 1 year (Preferred) or Recruitment/Account Management background.
