Job Description:

Key Performance Areas:

-Scheduling of planned CORE evaluation with customer and coffee squad
-Provide customers with Quotations for consumables due for replacement during the audit
-Ensure the route planned for Coffee Squad is done accurately and efficiently, in conjunction with the Sales Manager and to ensure customers have at least 2 visits planned per annum
-Assisting with the closing of ESO (Electronic Service Order) job cards for Coffee Squad and the generating of customer invoices
-Follow up on actions required at customers after CORE evaluations as indicated on the ESO Job card
-Ensure the SAP preventative maintenance is maintained with the required information to track and forward schedule CORE evaluations at customers
-General administrative functions for the Coffee Squad team – Leave processing, expense claims, capturing overtime
-Generate informative reports and derive insights from the reports. Distribute and share the reports with KAM (Key Account Managers), Sales, and Technical teams
-Boot Stock Inventory management with regards to processing cycle counts, pulling variance reports, investigating variances, and replenishment of spares consumed by a customer

Minimum Requirements:

-Grade 12 / Matric

Additional Requirements:

-Knowledge of the Hospitality Industry Essential
-Knowledge of how to generate meaningful reports and extract relevant insights
-Knowledge of SA Geographical Map Essential
-Scheduling of work/tasks/workload
-Business Report Writing Skills
-Planning and Organising
-Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, and Power point)
-SAP and its reporting function
