Marketing Manager with Social Media Experience – Job Post

Salary: R15,000 – R25,000 per month

Minimum Requirements:

• 2 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing, able to run accounts
• Accredited digital marketing qualification or certificate
• Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or certificate in marketing and business (preferable)
• Knowledge of video and picture editing software such as Adobe
• Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent attention to detail
• Full understanding of all social media platforms, especially LinkedIn
• Problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of content management systems

Responsibilities (but not limited to):

• Maximize foot traffic across social media platforms and websites
• Conduct Google Analytics reviews
• Advise on best practices for timing of posts, daily algorithms, and trends
• Conceptualize, execute, and manage social media campaigns
• Develop content strategies and create social media content, including copywriting, proofreading, and designing content creatives to amplify the brand
• Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily, including original text, photos, videos, and news
• Handle all social media presence to ensure high levels of web traffic and customer engagement

Job Type: Full-time Salary: R10,000.00 – R25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Durban, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
