Job Description:

This learnership opportunity in the Western Cape will enable individuals to be cross-trained, making them capable of operating on both the sales floor and the service desk of a retail outlet. The key focus areas will be working with customers and stock. To be successful in this position, you must be committed to learning and completing logbooks, be prepared for assessments, and demonstrate competence as a cross-trained sales consultant.

What Is Expected:

• Work a minimum of 120 hours
• Learn and acquire knowledge
• Prepare for assessments
• Assist customers in finding merchandise
• Merchandise the store according to the MBP principles
• Handle payments and purchases on the POS system
• Open new accounts
• Maintain or control stock losses
• Build relationships with customers
• Maintain customer security and safety

Requirements:

• Grade 10
• Passion for fashion and retail
